You have a problem ? Here are written the most common questions or difficulties you can encountered.
Question 1: I want to adopt a new Pet but it doesnt want to accept and create it... Why?
Answer : It can be 2 things. First, the name you want is maybe already taken ; Second, you don't have enough money to buy this Pet.
Question 2: I made a mistake/gave a wrong name to my Pet. How can I change that ?
Answer : There isn't much solutions. You have to contact a Modo, give him the fail name of the Pet and the correct one. (You can contact one at the bottom of the page)
Question 3: There is  under my anciennety days. What does it mean ?
Answer: It means you have the number of new messages written next to the envelop.
Question 4: I have 1 . How can I check my new message ?
Answer: You should go in 'Home' and you will see 'Mail Box' with (1). It means you have a new message and you can check there.
